The #1 reason for NOT getting email you wish delivered is over-zealous filtering. As you may know spam filtering is done via artificial intelligence, which is not always very intelligent.
You may need to add the debbistewart.com domain to your email accounts whitelist/allowed list. It is also a good idea to be sure the from email address, in this case customercare@DebbiStewart.com, is also added to your accounts whitelist/allowed list. You can also experiment with turning the filtering on or off.
FYI - AOL is infamous for having one of the most overzealous filtering systems. |
